The DMCC approved auditors list is the list of audit firms that DMCC has approved to audit its member companies. DMCC says directors must have the accounts audited by an auditor approved by the DMCC Authority within six months after the financial year end. Use the quote form on this page to ask listed firms for an audit quote.

What does DMCC require from its auditors?
An audit is required every year. The auditor must be approved by DMCC. The Guidance Note we read does not say that licence renewal is blocked without it, and we could not verify that point, so ask DMCC.
The DMCC Approved Auditor Rules define an Approved Auditor as a UAE audit firm that holds a valid audit trade licence and is approved by DMCCA.

Who can sign
The firm must be approved, and the Audit Partner must hold a Ministry of Economy certificate. When you request quotes, ask each firm two things: is it on the DMCC list today, and does the partner who will sign hold that certificate.
When is the DMCC audit due?
The audit must be done within six months after the financial year end. After the shareholder meeting, a copy of the accounts and the auditor report goes to the Registrar within five business days.
For a company with a 31 December year end, the six months run to the end of June. Plan the audit fieldwork before that, because the five business day filing step comes after the meeting that adopts the accounts.

Where is the official DMCC approved auditors list?
The list sits on the DMCC approved auditors page, in words: dmcc.ae/approved-auditors. It is a live search tool built on a Salesforce widget. That means the firm names do not appear as readable text on the page, and we have not copied any names. Open the tool in your browser and search there. We read the page on and could not verify how many firms are on it.
Because the list is live, it can change between the day you request a quote and the day you sign. Check it again before you engage a firm.
How to use this page
- Open the DMCC tool and note two or three firms.
- Confirm the signing partner's Ministry of Economy certificate.
- Ask each firm for the due date they will work to, counting back from six months after year end.
- Use the quote form on this page to ask listed firms for an audit quote.
For the other zones, see free zone approved auditors. For the general process, see audit for free zone licence renewal.
Firms in our directory that mention DMCC
The table under this section comes from our own data. Each firm appears because DMCC is named on its own homepage. We did not check licences or approvals. Mentioning DMCC is not approval. Before you request a quote, check each name against the live DMCC tool, because only DMCC decides who is approved.
