JAFZA approved auditors are not a named panel. The JAFZA guide for FZE and FZCO companies says the audit report should be issued only by an auditor who has a Dubai Economic Department licence, and it names no list. Use the quote form on this page to ask listed firms for an audit quote.

What JAFZA requires

An audit is required for FZE and FZCO companies. They must give an updated audit report to the Authority every year.

The financial period matters. JAFZA says it must be not less than 6 months and not more than 18 months. A company with a first period that runs long, or one that changes its year end, should ask the auditor to confirm the period fits that range before work starts.

The guide does not say whether the audit is tied to licence renewal. We could not verify that, so ask JAFZA.

Who can sign

The report should be issued only by an auditor with a Dubai Economic Department licence. There is no JAFZA approval step on the page, so the licence is the test. Ask each firm for its licence and check the licence is current.

How the report is filed

Filing goes through the Dubai Trade portal. The service is called "Submit Financial Statement - Approval". The summary sheet must be stamped and signed by the auditor, so confirm that the firm will sign and stamp the sheet before you accept a quote.

When it is due

The page we read gives the yearly requirement and the period range. It does not give a day count after year end, so we cannot state a deadline. Confirm the date with JAFZA.

Where the official list is
