These guides explain the UAE rules that decide what an accounting firm has to do for you. They follow one format: the rule first, then the number, then the source and the date we checked it.
Start with corporate tax if your company is new to the tax, or VAT if you sell goods or services in the UAE. The e-invoicing guide covers the timeline that is now running for businesses. If you are in a free zone, also read free zone approved auditors, because your zone may have its own audit rule.
Tax law changes through Cabinet decisions and Ministerial decisions. Where a rule has changed recently, the guide says so and gives the date. Where we could not confirm a detail from an official page, the guide tells you to check the source rather than guess.
These guides are general information. They are not tax advice for your case. For that, ask a registered tax agent or use the quote form below to ask listed firms.
