RAKEZ approved auditors are the audit firms named in the RAKEZ Approved Auditors' List, a PDF. The RAKEZ FAQ says all companies must submit audited financial statements each financial year, within six months of year end, and a late submission fine is AED 2,500. What RAKEZ requires

All companies must prepare and submit audited financial statements each financial year. The statements must come from RAKEZ approved auditors. The deadline is six months after the financial year end, and the fine for missing it is AED 2,500.

An older search snippet suggested audit is not needed at renewal. We could not confirm that on a RAKEZ page, so we treat the link between audit and renewal as unclear.

Who can sign

Only firms on the RAKEZ list. Ask each firm to show that it is on the current version. The list header reads "RAKEZ APPROVED AUDITORS' LIST", is marked confidential on the page, and its footer says updated on . The file name carries an older stamp, but the content carries that update date.

The list: Premium and Standard

The PDF has three blocks. By numbering the full list has 154 entries, and it is in the PDF: 8 in Premium, 6 Standard firms in Ras Al Khaimah, and 140 Standard entries in other emirates. Numbering skips one number in our read, so 154 is approximate.

We copied the names of the first two blocks as written in the file. We did not copy the other 140, to avoid typing errors.
