What we collect
When you request quotes
- your name and phone or WhatsApp number,
- your email address, only if you give it,
- the service you ask for, your company type, your free zone or authority, your monthly transactions and your deadline,
- the message you write, and the page you sent the request from.
The form does not ask for your Emirates ID number, passport number, tax registration number or bank details, and we ask you not to type them in. There are no payments on this site.
When you visit
The site records which pages are read, the type of device and the country, so we can see what is useful. It stores a random visit reference in your browser. That reference holds no name or contact details. You can clear it in your browser settings at any time.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and to pass it to the listed firms that fit.
- To improve the site. Visit data shows which pages people read and which lead to requests.
- To keep a record of the requests we pass on.
We do not sell your details and do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Who receives it
- Listed accounting or audit firms that fit your request. They receive it so they can reply with a fee. Each of them handles your details under its own privacy policy from then on.
- Hetzner hosts the server where requests and visit data are stored.
- Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks.
- SendGrid sends email notices of new requests.
- Google Analytics, when switched on, measures visits. Google Ads, when ads run, receives a conversion signal when a form is sent after an ad click.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the conversation if you message us or give a WhatsApp number for the reply.
You can ask us at any time which firms received your request.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Visit data is used in aggregate.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, delete your request and its details, or stop contacting you. Send the request through the contact form, choose "Not sure, I need advice" and say what you want done. We may ask a question to confirm the request is yours.
Changes
If what we collect or who receives it changes, we update this page before the change takes effect.
